TRINITI JUREX carried out a due diligence on the development and construction of 3 wind farms with a total capacity of 400 MW

TRINITI JUREX’s Real Estate and Construction team carried out a due diligence on the site and constructability of wind farms, advised on local renewable energy market regulation, environmental impact assessment procedures and related risks. As part of the comprehensive inspection, the Real Estate and Construction team assessed the land lease agreements, the spatial planning documents, the contracts for the wind farm design works and identified existing risks that may arise during the development process and the compliance of the construction of the wind farms with the legal requirements. The complexity of the inspection was due to the size of the farms, the number of wind power plants, the number of landowners, and the restrictions on activities in the planned area of the farms.
