Temporary peace before a storm – amendments to the Estonian Bankruptcy Act
Proposed amendments to the Bankruptcy Act will suspend the obligation of the members of the management board to submit the bankruptcy petition during emergency situation and two months after its termination. Also, the expiry of the time limits for revoking transactions after declaration of bankruptcy is suspended at beforementioned period. The bill on amendments shall be passed on 20.04.2020.
