TRINITI advised Cachet, an insutech platform, in closing a EUR 5,5 million funding round.
Cachet, founded in Estonia in 2018, has become a key player in the Baltic insutech market. Cachet is offering tailor-made smart insurance solutions that take into account your lifestyle and work schedule, allowing you to pay only for what you actually need. Cachet’s client base includes Uber, Bolt and many more. Cachet is the co-operation partner of many leading insurers, including PZU, Seesam, BTU, Allianz, VIG Group. Cachet is planning to use the funds for expanding the business in the EU and opening up new markets. Cachet is currently offering services in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland and the UK.
The investors in this round included Truffle Capital, UNIQA Ventures and Icebreaker.vc.
TRINITI advised the client, in co-operation with Irish counsel Mason, Hayes & Curran LLP, in all the stages of the transaction, including with negotiations and drafting the deal documentation.
