Dovilė Šakalienė

Dovilė has extensive experience in defending the interests of clients in various criminal cases related to civil servant offences, licensed activities, tax evasion, excise goods and content crimes.

Dovilė is deepening her professional knowledge in the doctoral studies, preparing her dissertation on “The problem of legitimacy of criminal intelligence data in criminal proceedings”. This knowledge allows Dovilė to accurately and quickly assess the main problems of a client’s situation and to propose the best solutions.

Dovilė also represents clients in various administrative and misdemeanour cases, disputes against the state and investigations by state authorities. Dovilė also has extensive practical experience in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.
