Giedre’s legal experience includes advising both Lithuanian and international companies on a wide range of employment law issues, including dispute resolution, corporate law and data protection. Giedrė regularly assists clients in drafting and updating various internal procedural documents. Giedrė frequently advises on a wide range of human resources issues, assisting clients with disciplinary problems, termination of employment contracts, performance improvement, working time management and other day-to-day HR issues.
