Merger permit received to acquire joint control in the wind power company UAB “9 sparnai”

The Competition Council has allowed Windly Holding OÜ to purchase one third of the shares in UAB „9 sparnai“ from UAB „E energy invest“ and to acquire joint control this way. Windly Holding OÜ is making a sizeable investment into this joint venture with UAB „E energy invest“, where UAB „9 sparnai“ is planning to develop and operate a wind park in the northwestern part of Lithuania. Total annual electricity production of this wind park is estimated at 38,000 MWh. Triniti Jurex represents in this transaction and the stage of the merger notification is completed.
