TRINITI advised the largest Lithuanian scrap metal handler Metruna UAB in their acquisition of the Estonian and Latvian ferrous scrap metal businesses from BLRT Refonda Baltic, a BLRT Group company.
In Latvia the transaction was carried out as purchase of all shares of Refonda SIA, whereas in Estonia it took place through an acquisition of an enterprise consisting of nine different operational locations.

Senior associate Sandor Elias assisted in administrative law issues as well as advised on the requirements to the transfer of waste licenses.
