TRINITI advised Autolevi OÜ on the sale of all of its shares to Forus International OÜ. The transaction is subject to approval of the Competition Board.
Autolevi OÜ, founded in 2013, is the biggest regional car-rental platform which allows car owners to rent out their personal cars to other users. Autolevi has more than 50 000 users and it operates in Estonia, Latvia and Finland.
“We were very pleased with TRINITI. The job was done quickly and with great quality,” said Tauri Kärson, the founder of Autolevi.
From TRINITI the transaction was advised by associate partner Valter Võhma and partner Ergo Blumfeldt, assisted by junior associate Peeter Paju.
