TRINITI advised AS Tallinna Vesi (Tallinn Water Company) in connection with concluding 91 mEUR syndicated loan agreement

AS Tallinna Vesi and AS SEB Pank signed a syndicated loan agreement for a total amount of EUR 91 million, which will refinance existing loan commitments and finance AS Tallinna Vesi’s investments in the period 2023-2025. In addition to AS SEB Pank, the syndicate also includes Swedbank AS and the Estonian branch of OP Corporate Bank plc.
