Triniti Jurex Advised Utilitas OÜ on Landmark 200 MW Wind Farm Deal in Lithuania

TRINITI JUREX advised and successfully represented the client Utilitas OÜ on the DD process of a 200 MW renewable energy wind farm in Lithuania that, to the best of our knowledge, will be the biggest wind farm purchase deal in Lithuania in 2021. TRINITI JUREX Real Estate and Construction team was responsible for real estate and construction parts of the due diligence of the site of the wind farm, advised on the local renewable energy market regulations, environmental impact assessment procedures, and acquisition of the target company that operates the wind farm. During the due diligence, the Real Estate and Construction team has assessed land lease agreements, territory planning documents, contract of works on the design of a wind farm and identified current risks that could arise during the process of the wind farm development. This  was significant and green because it was the biggest wind farm purchased deal in Lithuania in 2021.
