TRINITI JUREX lawyer Artūras Vaišvila and his team successfully defended the client’s interests in a case concerning the quality and compliance with the requirements of legal acts of goods manufactured in another European Union country and placed on the market in Lithuania. In the case, the plaintiff claimed that the goods sold by the client – aluminium sheeting for roofing – were of poor quality and did not comply with the quality requirements set out in the legislation and did not comply with the documents supporting the quality.
The TRINITI JUREX team succeeded in proving, both at first instance and on appeal, that the goods, manufactured in another EU country and already on the market in Lithuania, complied with the contract and the legal requirements.
