TRINITI advised Avokaado in raising EUR 1,2 million

TRINITI advised Avokaado in its latest EUR 1,2 million euro financing round lead by Tera Ventures.

Avokaado is a contract lifecycle management platform, which enables users to automate, manage, negotiate and sign contracts all in one place. According to Mariana Hagström, the CEO of Avokaado: “The cornerstone of Avokaado’s latest innovation comprises a cutting-edge document format called aDoc, combining clauses, metadata, workflows, and lifecycle management into a unified document structure. Through aDoc, contracts become intelligent entities capable of automating processes, tracking changes, and adapting to various scenarios”.

Avokaado platform has more than 20 000 users from the Baltics, the Nordics and the US and include major telecoms, retail, hospitality, and finance enterprises such as BITĖ Group, TV3 Group, Httpool, Radisson, Tele2, Veriff, Coolbet, Starship, Ramirent, and many more.

TRINITI advised Avokaado in all the stages of the transaction, including negotiations and drafting the deal documentation. From TRINITI the transaction was advised by associate partner and attorney-at-law Valter Võhma, who is specialised in advising startups and venture capital transactions, assisted by junior associate Peeter Aleksander Paju.
