We advised the foundation SA Koeru Hooldekeskus on the transfer of all its activities to AS Koeru Hooldekeskus founded by local rural municipalities. The dissolution of the foundation and transfer of activities took place in accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Republic and the Minister of Social Protection. Our advisory task included the preparation of transaction documents and assistance in preparing and carrying out the transaction.
