Medicum Taastusravi belongs to Medicum group, which is the largest outpatient care facility providing general and special medical care in Estonia, with a total of about 600 employees.
Babysport is a healthcare center which is recognized highly in its field of activity, providing physiotherapy & rehabilitation services and group exercises for babies and children.
Our advisory task was the legal execution of the transaction on the buyer’s side, including assistance in negotiating the transaction documents and completing the transaction. The transaction was advised by attorneys-at-law Mikk Põld and Siim Maripuu.
