„Juodosios gulbės technologijos“ – a startup operating in the unique sector of space technology – has successfully concluded a significant investment deal, securing a substantial EUR 761,000 funding injection in the Lithuanian startup ecosystem, with some investors intending to participate in additional round of the company’s equity financing up to the amount of EUR 700,000. This investment was spearheaded by Melius Futurum and featured participation from established investors including Metaplanet, ScaleWolf Accelerator, ScaleWolf VC, Baltic Sandbox Fund and a number of angel investors.
TRINITI JUREX played a key role in representing the startup throughout this round of investment and skilfully negotiated the investment and shareholders agreements, offering insightful amendment proposals to ensure the transaction’s terms align with the startup’s vision and objectives. This involved assisting with other investment-related documents, including the conversion of SAFE agreements, drafting authorized capital increase documents and the meticulous registration of essential documents and information in the registers.
