TRINITI advised the renewable energy startup MarkeDroid in securing a €500,000 seed investment from AS Giga.
MarkeDroid’s optimization solution not only manages electricity consumption but also maximizes the return on investments made in electricity production and storage capacity. It determines the optimal time for buying, storing, and selling electricity back to the grid based on market prices, weather conditions, and consumption patterns.
The client was advised by TRINITI through all stages of the transaction by the co-head of the firm’s startup practice group, seenior associate Peeter P. Mõtsküla, assisted by lawyer Peeter Paju.
