TRINITI advised OIXIO IT AS in transaction where OIXIO IT AS acquired 100% of BRS Networks Baltic AS shares. OIXIO IT AS is one of the largest companies in Estonia providing comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions and services, as well as cybersecurity. BRS Networks Baltic is an IT full-service company, primarily oriented towards the industrial sector.
With the merger of BRS Networks Baltic into the OIXIO group, there will be a concerted effort to expand into foreign markets, especially Germany. According to Ivo Suursoo, the Chairman of OIXIO group, international expansion is a logical step. “We see export potential for Estonian competencies in Germany. Our advisory task was the legal execution of the transaction on the buyer’s side, including assistance in negotiating the transaction documents and completing the transaction as well as merger control.
