Vilma is an experienced attorney and patent attorney specializing in intellectual property protection. She advises both Lithuanian and international clients on trademarks, designs, copyright, and unfair competition matters. She develops and implements protection strategies, drafts contracts, and assists clients in defending their rights in disputes.

With years of experience, Vilma builds pre-litigation strategies, chooses the best dispute resolution methods, and prepares legal documents, including cease-and-desist letters, oppositions, and invalidity or revocation requests. She represents clients before the State Patent Bureau of Lithuania and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

After completing the EUIPO Trademark and Design Education Program (ETMD EP), Vilma gained deep expertise in the EU’s intellectual property legal system and procedures. She ensures clients receive full support in enforcing and protecting their rights across the EU.
