Our interdisciplinary team includes three reserve officers and brings together corporate, investment, technology, intellectual property, regulatory, public procurement, and dispute resolution expertise to serve both state institutions and private industry leaders. With deep understanding of sensitive processes and high-stakes mandates, we offer tailored legal support across all phases of the project lifecycle.

TRINITI has been a member of the Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industry Association since 2016.

Recent highlights of our work include:

• Advising EDAIA on number of legislative initiatives including in connection with National Defence Act (in Estonian: riigikaitseseadus), Weapons Act (in Estonian: relvaseadus) and other defence sector legislative acts.
• Advising Estonian Air Navigation Services (“EANS”) in connection with the implementation of European Commission’s Implementing Regulation 2021/664 into Estonian legislation, including proposals to amend the current legal framework.
• Acting as a counsel to Defensphere OÜ dba Vegvisir, an Estonian technology company that develops situational awareness and enhanced decision-making solutions for manned armoured vehicles, remote platforms, and command posts.
• Acting as a counsel to KrattWorks OÜ, a company that builds jamming-resistant high performance ISR drones for front line operators, as well as air targets and decoys.
• Acting as a counsel of TrackDeep OÜ, which specializes in software for drone traffic control and drone fleet management.
• Advising on jurisdictional matters relating to using private aircrafts for NATO military operations.
• Advising traders on agreements with manufacturers of military and dual use goods, and on export and import of strategic goods.
• Advising a transaction concerning sale and purchase of side-arms for a public sector purchaser.
• Advising a client on whether the operation of drones may require a specific permit or licence if the drone is capable of carrying potentially hazardous items or substances.
• Advising a client in analysing in which case a drone may fall under the category of any weapon according to Estonian law.
• Advising Sig Sauer in Estonian jurisdiction.
