TRINITI JUREX Partner Evaldas Pocevičius Joined an International Panel at the IBA Annual Conference 2025 in Toronto

At the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference 2025, held in Toronto from 2–8 November, TRINITI JUREX Partner Evaldas Pocevičius took part in a panel discussion titled “Sticking it to the man: a comparative approach to the mechanisms available for pursuing litigation against the government before national courts.” This session, organised by the IBA Public Law Section, addressed one of the most complex and globally relevant topics in public law — how individuals and organisations can hold governments accountable through national courts. The discussion examined the procedural frameworks and legal instruments available across different jurisdictions, including judicial review, constitutional challenges, administrative remedies, and human rights litigation. The panellists, representing diverse legal systems and professional backgrounds, provided comparative insights into how access to justice and state accountability are ensured in practice.
