Violeta Kavaliauskaitė – Khalil, Ph.D.

In 2001 Violeta was granted a master’s degree in law at Vytautas Magnus University. She continues to grow and advance her legal expertise through studies and various legal training. In 2018-19 she undertook and successfully completed studies of Scots (UK) law at Robert Gordon University in Scotland.

In 2023 she completed training and obtained ICA certificate in AML. During more than 15 years of legal practice, Violeta has gained vast expertise across civil, administrative, as well as banking and finance law.

Over the past year, both individually and as part of a wider TRINITI JUREX team, she has offered advice on private equity and venture capital investments in startups and M&A transactions with deal values ranging from 1 million euro to nearly 30 million euro, where TRINITI JUREX represented startups in some instances and investors in others.
