Mikolina is a member of the Dispute and Risk Management Practice Group, specialising in dispute and risk management solutions. Mikolina has almost 10 years of professional experience in insolvency law, which allows her to offer her clients comprehensive solutions in this area.
Representing clients’ interests in insolvency proceedings, advising clients on insolvency (bankruptcy or restructuring, as well as bankruptcy of a natural person) and defending the rights of managers and shareholders in disputes initiated by insolvency administrators or creditors, Mikolina provides qualified legal assistance to clients in finding the optimal solution to meet the client’s needs and the situation.
Mikolina is also co-author of the first and only commentary on the International Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) for the transport sector.
