We advised AS Info-Auto and those companies which are part of its group on the reorganisation of the group’s shareholdings

During the course of advising AS Info-Auto, among other things we helped to carry out mergers, divisions, transfers, and exchanges of holdings, increases, and decreases in share capital. Info-Auto is an Estonian car company which was founded in 1993. It is the authorised representative in Estonia of the Volvo Car Corporation and the Ford Motor Company. The company has branches in Tallinn, Tartu, and Pärnu, with a total of more than 150 employees.
