See on oluline p\u00f5him\u00f5te, kuiv\u00f5rd juhul kui isik k\u00e4itub vastuolus hea usu p\u00f5him\u00f5ttega, v\u00f5ib j\u00e4tta tema suhtes seadusest tulevad normid kohaldamata ja n\u00e4iteks j\u00e4tta rahuldamata h\u00fcvitise n\u00f5ude. Nimetatut on alama astme kohtud ka teinud. Eelk\u00f5ige tasub korteri\u00fchistutel \u00fcle kontrollida, millises vormis on faktiliselt korteri\u00fchistute kasutuses olevad tehnoruumid (kilbiruum, sideruum, soojas\u00f5lm <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vmt<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">). Juhul kui peaks ilmnema<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, et ruumid on eraldi korteriomandid ning kuuluvad kas elamu arendajale v\u00f5i muule kolmandale isikule, tasub uurida v\u00f5imalusi ruumide omandamiseks korteri\u00fchistu poolt.
