Teadup\u00e4rast on juhatuse liikme tagasikutsumine osanike \u00fcldkoosoleku p\u00e4devuses. Osanike koosoleku otsused v\u00f5etakse vastu h\u00e4\u00e4lteenamusega. Ja siin leiab omavoli ohvriks langenud osanik end olukorrast, kus 50% h\u00e4\u00e4ltest on sama hea kui 0. V\u00e4hemalt 10% osalusega osanikul on \u00f5igus n\u00f5uda juhatuse liikme tagasikutsumist kohtu poolt. Taolistes vaidluses on hagejaks osanik, kes juhatuse liiget tagasi tahab kutsuda. Kostjaks on aga see osa\u00fching, kus juhatuse liige tegutseb. Seega kuigi sisuline vastasseis on kahe osaniku vahel, on formaalselt vaidlus osaniku ja osa\u00fchingu vahel. Kuigi see v\u00f5ib n\u00e4ida kummaline, on selline vaidluse lahendamise kord see p\u00e4\u00e4ster\u00f5ngas, mida osanik vajab.\r\n\r\nPeetri soov on, et Karl ei oleks enam juhatuse liige O\u00dc-s S\u00f5prade \u00e4ri.
