Otsustamisele tuleb n\u00f5ude esitamine osaniku A vastu. Sellise p\u00e4evakorrapunkti osas osanik A h\u00e4\u00e4letada ei saa ja tema h\u00e4\u00e4led arvatakse kvoorumist v\u00e4lja. Tehingu tegemise heade kommete vastasuse hindamisel tuleb arvestada kogumis k\u00f5iki sellega seotud olulisi asjaolusid, mh tehingu sisu ja selle tegemise asjaolusid.\r\n\r\nHuvide konflikti kontekstis ongi heade kommete vastasus \u00fcheks v\u00f5imalikuks v\u00e4ikeosaniku kaitsevahendiks.
