Valminud anal\u00fc\u00fcs on sisendiks projekti riskijuhtimise s\u00fcsteemi loomisele.<!--more-->\r\n\r\n\u201eProjekti riskianal\u00fc\u00fcs ning sellest tuleneva riskijuhtimise s\u00fcsteemi loomine, on Rail Balticu sarnaste suurte ja keerukate projektide juhtimise lahutamatu osa. See on h\u00e4davajalik meetod, et mistahes olukorrad ei tabaks meid ootamatult ja me oskaks nende v\u00f5imalikku m\u00f5ju vajadusel leevendada,\u201c \u00fctles Rail Baltic Estonia juht <strong>Indrek Orav<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nRiskianal\u00fc\u00fcsi l\u00e4biviimist koordineerinud Ernst &amp; Young Baltic esindaja <strong>Siim Abeni<\/strong> s\u00f5nul juhiti muuhulgas t\u00e4helepanu Rail Balticu arendusprojekti finantseerimisega, projektijuhtimisega ja hangetega seotud riskidele, mille realiseerumine avaldaks projektile negatiivset m\u00f5ju. Seejuures hinnati riskide m\u00f5ju neljas kategoorias \u2013 raha, aeg, kvaliteet ja maine.\r\n\r\nTRINITI poolt osalesid riskianal\u00fc\u00fcsi teostamises advokaadid <a href=\"https:\/\/triniti.ee\/meeskond\/tonis-tamme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008cc8;\">T\u00f5nis Tamme<\/span><\/strong><\/a> ning <a href=\"https:\/\/triniti.ee\/meeskond\/sandor-elias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008cc8;\"><strong>Sandor Elias<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Vandeadvokaadi ja b\u00fcroo partneri T\u00f5nis Tamme s\u00f5nul oli Rail Balticu Eesti osa riskianal\u00fc\u00fcs suurep\u00e4raseks v\u00f5imaluseks j\u00e4tkata b\u00fcroo transpordi- ning taristualaste \u00f5igusteadmiste ja -kogemuste rakendamist Baltikumi l\u00e4bi aegade suurimas infrastruktuuriprojektis.\r\n\r\n\u00dcks osa Rail Balticu projekti riske on seotud stsenaariumiga, kus Euroopa Liidu poolne rahastamine peaks mingil p\u00f5hjusel v\u00f5rreldes seni planeeritud mahuga v\u00e4henema. Teine olulisem riskivaldkond, millele anal\u00fc\u00fcs muuhulgas osutab, on t\u00f5rgete tekkimine projekti rahvusvahelises koost\u00f6\u00f6s, mis v\u00f5ib takistada infovahetust, otsustusprotsesside toimimist ja m\u00f5jutada projekti elluviimist.\r\n\r\nProjekti riskide juhtimine seisneb riskide jooksvas j\u00e4lgimises, regulaarses \u00fcmberhindamises ja riskide eskaleerumisel projekti juhtorganite informeerimises.\r\n\r\nRiskianal\u00fc\u00fcs k\u00e4sitleb ka v\u00f5imalikke riske, mis on seotud laiemalt projekti juhtimisega, v\u00f5ttes arvesse, et projekti on kaasatud mitmeid erinevaid asutusi ja organisatsioone \u2013 Rail Baltic Estonia O\u00dc, Majandus- ja Kommunikatsiooniministeerium, Tehnilise J\u00e4relevalveamet, Maa-amet, samuti maavalitsused.
