TRINITI’s transaction team advised Bellus Group companies Bellus Furniture Ltd and Bellus Beds Ltd in a merger transaction and in making corporate changes. As part of our assignment we prepared the transaction, drafted the transaction documentation and helped to close the transaction.
Bellus was founded in 1997 and has grown to become one of the largest manufacturers of upholstered furniture in Estonia. Bellus produces 80 000 sofas & beds a year and employs 250 people. Bellus exports its products to Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Ukraine and Latvia and Lithuania.
