We advised on the voluntary liquidation of AS Eesti Vanglatööstus – an Estonian state-owned company tasked with the employment of prisoners. The liquidation of the company was part of larger reform, which was due to the decrease of the total number of prisoners in Estonia.
The liquidation was preceded by the transfer of the enterprise and the trademark “Stoveman” previously owned by AS Eesti Vanglatööstus to the Republic of Estonia (Tallinn Prison), which TRINITI also advised on.
