The acquisition of the Kärla Agricultural Association

TRINITI’s solicitors advised the buyer on the acquisition from AS Trigon Dairy Farming Estonia of the Kärla Agricultural Association on Saaremaa and related companies. Our advisory role included negotiating transaction documents and assisting in the preparation, completion, and financing of the transaction. The Kärla Agricultural Association is a top milk producer on Saaremaa, whose average milk production per cow increased last year to 12,205 kilos.
