TRINITI advised on the sales transaction for 50% holding in Dunker Group

We advised the seller on a landmark transaction in the Baltic wine sales market, where a 50% holding in Dunker Group OÜ, a leading importer and wholesaler of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, was sold by Arvo Kask, one of the founders and current members of the management board of the company.

The holding was acquired by one of the largest sellers of premium wines in Europe, Hawesco Group, listed on the Hamburg and Frankfurt Stock Exchange and with its headquarters in Germany. Dunker Group operates through its subsidiaries in the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian market with a turnover of just under 80 million euros.

Our advisory task was the legal execution of the entire transaction by the seller, including assistance in negotiating transaction documents and completing the transaction. The transaction was advised by sworn advocates Siim Maripuu, Ergo Blumfeldt and Mikk Põld, who were assisted by lawyers Janel Jan-Marcus Lohvart and Peeter Paju.
