TRINITI advised Parnassus OÜ in selling software copyrights to Embarcadero

TRINITI advised Parnassus OÜ in selling certain software copyrights to Embarcadero Technologies, Inc., an American software house. Our assignment included negotiating the terms of the copyright assignment agreement with regard to the scope of rights to be transferred to the purchaser, and to the distribution of tax risks arising out of the cross-border sale of intellectual property rights. The components developed by our client shall become part of RAD Studio, Delphi, and C++Builder, a well-known IDE for rapid application development of cross-platform software.
