TRINITI advised HRtech startup RecruitLab in securing seed financing of EUR 1,9 million
RecruitLab, founded in 2020, is an Estonian based recruitment software provider which helps automate and streamline the recruitment processes. According to RecruitLab’s CEO Paavo Heil by using RecruitLab’s software clients save average of 50% on time spent on every recruitment.
The investment round was led by Change Ventures, with StartupIst VC, FFF.vc and the BADideas.fund also participating in the round.
TRINITI advised the client in all the stages of the transaction, including negotiations and drafting the deal documentation. From TRINITI the transaction was advised by attorney-at-law Valter Võhma, who is specialised in advising startups and venture capital transactions, aassisted by lawyer’s assistant Peeter Paju.
