We advised on the acquisition of Neular OÜ, the only mixed-plastic waste recycler in Estonia

TRINITI’s solicitors advised on the sale of a majority stake in Neular OÜ, which is the only company in Estonia to recycle mixed-plastic waste. Through this acquisition, Neular’s manager, Ilo Rannu, became the company’s sole shareholder. The transaction was advised by solicitors who specialise in providing sworn statements, Karmen Turk and Siim Maripuu, and who assisted the buyer in negotiating the contracts and in the legal preparation and execution of the transaction. Neular OÜ produces terrace tables, growing boxes, wall profiles, and construction solutions from recycled plastic packaging from a base in central Estonia. This is a completely unique series of outdoor furniture solutions which won the 2020 BRUNO Design Award. The furniture is created entirely from the unique, non-decaying, weatherproof, durable material which Neular produces.
