TRINITI assisted Enersense to increase its stake in Empower

TRINITI Latvia provided transaction assistance during the shareholder agreement discussion, exercise of a call option and increase of shareholding by Enersense in the local Latvian affiliate Empower. On March 1, 2021 Enersense increased its holding in Empower SIA which became an Enersense Group company through an acquisition, while local minority shareholders and management continue to participate in the business. Enersence is a resource management company based in Finland specializing in energy infrastructure projects, including communication, digital products and industrial platforms.
