TRINITI was chosen as the winner of the annual “Deal of the Year” awards organized by CEE Legal Matters as the legal advisors of the best deal of the year in Lithuania. The transaction between the French renewable energy group Idex and Danpower and Geco Investicijos for the acquisition of UAB Danpower Baltic was selected as the best transaction in Lithuania.
