Miķelis Ozoliņš
Mikelis Ozolinš is a well regarded legal adviser with more than 15 years of professional experience involving complex and prominent deals and cases in the fields of Banking & Finance, Corporate, Commercial, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital & Startup Law. He is also actively involved in Public Procurement & PPP projects. Clients value his unique combination of competences which cover a wide range of legal practice areas, as well as the wide scope of his expertise and perceptiveness on business matters in general.
