Mikk is a highly regarded corporate & commercial law attorney. For more than 10 years Mikk has assisted clients with drafting and negotiating of contracts, as well as with planning and implementing transactions and restructuring plans. As a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association, Mikk has an inside track when it comes to new commercial regulation.

Mikk’s thorough and conscientious approach to legal advice is highly appreciated by clients and colleagues. Mikk covers the whole range of corporate law aspects, from day-to-day corporate issues to complex mergers & acquisitions and divisions. He is a member of TRINITI Transactions team, corporate law practice group and immigration law practice group.

Mikk was the editor-in-chief of the handbook “Business Law. Samples and Comments” for 2 years. In addition, Mikk advises clients on issues related to the settlement and employment of foreigners in Estonia and on issues related to energy law.

Mikk has contributed to making changes and additions to the Commercial Code, the Electricity Market Act, and the Code of Civil Procedure. For example, Mikk assisted the energy company Elektrum in making proposals to state authorities to introduce a common bill regulation in the Electricity Market Act.
