Jeigu vis d\u0117lto \u0161alims pavyksta susitarti d\u0117l nuotolinio darbo galimyb\u0117s, b\u016btina susitarti ir d\u0117l nuotolinio darbo vykdymo tvarkos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Prastova<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeigu darbdavys negali suteikti darbuotojui darbo sutartyje sulygto darbo d\u0117l objektyvi\u0173 prie\u017eas\u010di\u0173 ne d\u0117l darbuotojo kalt\u0117s, darbdavys turi teis\u0119 darbuotojui skelbti prastov\u0105, kuri, be kita ko, gali b\u016bti skelbiama ir darbuotoj\u0173 grupei. Galimas atvejis, kai darbuotojas gr\u012f\u017eta i\u0161 kelion\u0117s koronaviruso \u017eidinio apimtoje \u0161alyje, neturi nedarbingumo pa\u017eym\u0117jimo (nes \u0161is galimas tik tuo atveju, jeigu asmeniui pasirei\u0161kia ligos simptomai), nesutinka dirbti nuotoliniu b\u016bdu, ta\u010diau darbdavys nepageidauja tokio darbuotojo darbo vietoje. Galimyb\u0117s tokiu atveju viena\u0161ali\u0161kai nu\u0161alinti darbuotoj\u0105 nuo darbo tam tikr\u0105 laikotarp\u012f \u012fstatymai, bent jau \u0161iuo metu nenumato.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne i\u0161imtis ir apmokamos ar neapmokamos atostogos. Jos imamos visais atvejais darbuotojo iniciatyva. Darbdavys neturi teis\u0117s priversti darbuotoj\u0105 eiti apmokam\u0173 ar neapmokam\u0173 atostog\u0173.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) Komandiruot\u0117s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne paslaptis, kad darbuotoj\u0173 komandiruot\u0117s didin\u0105 koronaviruso plitimo rizik\u0105. Valstyb\u0117s institucij\u0173 rekomendacijomis darbuotojas turi teis\u0119 atsisakyti vykti \u012f komandiruot\u0119, ta\u010diau ar visais atvejais? Tikrai ne. Darbuotojai turi teis\u0119 atsisakyti vykti tik \u012f toki\u0105 komandiruot\u0119, kurioje nebus u\u017etikrintos darbuotoj\u0173 saug\u0105 ir sveikat\u0105 reglamentuojan\u010dios teis\u0117s normos.
