Turi b\u016bti sudarytas konfidencialios informacijos s\u0105ra\u0161as, kuris negali apimti vie\u0161ai prieinam\u0173 duomen\u0173, kurie negali b\u016bti laikomi konfidencialiais pagal teis\u0117s aktus ar pagal j\u0173 paskirt\u012f ar kuri\u0173 apsaugai darbdavys nesiima proting\u0173 priemoni\u0173. Nutraukiant darbo sutart\u012f, darbdavys tur\u0117s priimti sprendim\u0105 nutraukti darbo sutart\u012f arba konstatuoti darbo sutarties pasibaigim\u0105.
