Pasinaudojus garantijomis darbdavys privalo i\u0161laikyti ne ma\u017eiau nei pus\u0119 darbo viet\u0173 bent 3 m\u0117n. po subsidij\u0173 mok\u0117jimo. Tai rei\u0161kia, kad po karantino pabaigos nebus galima atleisti darbuotojo darbdavio valia. Darbuotojas savo noru i\u0161eiti, \u017einoma, gal\u0117s.
