TRINITI advised Krakul O\u00dc<\/a><\/span>, Estonia\u2019s leading Internet of Things (IoT) and autonomous systems development company, and its shareholder in an acquisition by Bercman Technologies<\/a><\/span>, a Nasdaq First North<\/a><\/span> listed deep-tech company developing traffic safety solutions.<\/p>\n

AS Bercman Technologies (Bercman), Krakul Holding O\u00dc, and Krakul O\u00dc concluded a conditional swap for the share of a private limited company and shares of a public limited company as a result of which Bercman acquired 100% shareholding in Krakul, whereas the acquisition of this shareholding was paid for in the shares of Bercman.
