Professional expertise:

• Represented and contributed to the strategy and arguments in high-value damages cases with a total value of the dispute exceeding EUR 650 million, as well as in disputes for the annulment of transactions with a total value exceeding EUR 5 million;
• Represented clients in disputes concerning debt recovery, construction contracts, lease of state land, quality of goods and services, enforcement and recognition of foreign court and arbitration awards, annulment of decisions of general meetings of shareholders, modification of contractual terms, annulment of administrative acts and more;
• Advises and represents businesses and farmers in disputes concerning the implementation of projects financed by the European Union. The total value of the projects for which legal services have been provided is approximately EUR 4 million;
• Contributed to the drafting of positions and arguments in arbitration cases, debt awards, modification of contract terms;
• Ingrida has extensive experience in disputes arising out of lease legal relations (deterioration of leased premises, award of damages, breach of lease agreement, termination of lease agreement, etc.);
• She has valuable experience in divorce, inheritance cases with an international element.
