Zane Bormane

In her legal practice, Zane has represented clients in various areas of law and transactions, considerable experience has been gained in the field of information technology, including but not limited to software development and maintenance, licensing of IT products and copyright issues, ensuring representation of customers’ interests in public procurement and legal support for such projects, providing advice and assistance on commercial law issues. Zane is a data protection specialist who is included in the list of data protection specialists of the Latvian State data Inspectorate, with experience in the implementation of personal data protection requirements for clients.

One of areas of Zane’ practice is Labour law, support in labour disputes, representation of the clients in the State Labour Inspection and court, introduction of labour law requirements in the company.

Zane provides legal support for clients in civil and administrative proceedings, is a certified mediator.
