Gytis is an experienced lawyer who has devoted his professional career to real estate, energy, dispute resolution and tax law. His experience includes due diligence of some of the largest onshore wind farms and hybrid parks in Lithuania. He has represented clients’ interests in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions of shopping centres, office buildings and warehouses, as well as wind, solar and hybrid park projects. He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, such as preliminary agreements for the sale and purchase of real estate, leases and joint venture agreements. Gytis is valued for his in-depth legal knowledge and ability to find optimal solutions in complex situations.

During his career, Gytis has represented clients in various acquisitions and sales of wind, solar and hybrid parks in Lithuania with a total capacity of more than 700 MW, as well as in the acquisition of various commercial real estate properties with a total area of more than 100,000 square meters.

Gytis provides various legal advisory services in connection with the development of wind, solar and hybrid parks with a total developable capacity exceeding 1200 MW.
Gytis has provided various legal services to the Lithuanian Grain Growers Association, one of the largest Lithuanian farmers’ organisations. Among other things, Gytis was involved in defending the interests of the association’s members (farmers) affected by the natural drought in court against the buyers of agricultural production and successfully defended the injured farmers.
