• advising and representing of investment company UAB Atsinaujinančios Energetikos investicijos, managed by LORDS LB Asset Management, on the acquisition of two renewable energy wind farms in Lithuania, each with a capacity of 50 MW.
• advising Utilitas OÜ on the acquisition of a 120 MW renewable energy wind farm in Lithuania, which was the largest wind farm purchase deal in Lithuania in 2020.
• advising EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in negotiations regarding the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant III
• representing Lorizon Energy on energy-related day-to-day issues as well as in legal disputes
• counselling Vattenfall Europe Resource Management on the legal framework for renewable energy in the Baltics, market opportunities and contracts with biomass suppliers

• handling Verbundnetzgas’s acquisition and subsequent sale of shares in a district heating company
