Kęstutis’ most notable win is a civil case in which his client, i.e. the plaintiff Energijos parkas UAB, was awarded more than EUR 1.4 million from the defendant Public Institution Šiauliai Region Waste Management Centre for losses incurred in the execution of the project for the utilisation of the gases released by the Kairiai landfill for the production of electricity and/or heat energy, one of the first investment projects in the country in the energy sector.

He has acted for clients on a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to hotels, shopping centres, universities, hospitals, power stations and landfills.

In addition to already listed experience above, Kęstutis also has an excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and regularly advises clients on the performance of these contracts and represents them in court in disputes arising from them.
