Kęstutis has been practising in dispute resolution since 2010, and has exceptional experience in resolving disputes arising out of construction and real estate legal relations. Recently, environmental and energy matters, in particular waste management, have become an increasingly important part of Kęstutis’ portfolio as well.

During his career, Kęstutis has handled more than 300 cases, of which around 70% were won or concluded by amicable settlement. He has participated in more than 500 hearings, which is a testament to his competence and efficiency in legal practice. In addition, Kęstutis has prepared more than 30 cassation appeals, demonstrating his deep legal knowledge and ability to deal with complex legal issues at the highest levels of the courts.

One of Kęstutis’ most impressive achievements is a court victory in favour of a client valued at more than EUR 7 million. His negotiating skills are also exceptional, having successfully negotiated a contract worth over €122 million.

Kęstutis also actively shares his experience and knowledge – he has spoken at more than 20 seminars, trainings and business breakfasts. His contribution helps other professionals to develop and better understand the field of business litigation law.
