Violeta Kavaliauskaitė – Khalil, Ph.D.
Violeta specializes in the fields of corporate & commercial law, as well as contract law and the licencing of financial market participants.
During her more than 15 years of legal practice, Violeta has gained expertise across civil, administrative, and banking and finance law.
Her legal skills range from general corporate law to commercial contracts relating to sales, construction, various service transactions, M&A transactions, as well as advising on the legal requirements applicable to financial institutions. Violeta also has experience advising on competition and AML matters.
In 2001 Violeta was granted a Master’s in Law from Vytautas Magnus University. She continues to grow and advance her legal expertise through studies and various legal training. From 2018 to 2019 she undertook and successfully completed studies of Scottish (UK) law at Robert Gordon University in Scotland.
