UAB “Deeper” was involved in a legal battle with Meta Platforms over the registration of the European Union trademark “QUEST.” Meta Platforms objected, claiming that this trademark could be confused with their own.
The case required not only knowledge of intellectual property law but also negotiation skills and a creative approach. The legal team had to convince Meta that both trademarks could coexist.
